Lunch Details

We flash our chow mein noodles in boiling water and then toss them in the wok with fresh green vegetables, garlic, and a soyless soy sauce (who knew?). Garnished with vegetable dumplings, and thinly sliced carrots, this noodle bowl is a great vegetarian option.
