When does the menu change?

 
We offer a variety of new meals every two weeks and rotate our restaurant partnerships every month.

Most of our LunchBreak classics stay on the menu, ensuring that we don’t remove a staple from your kid’s lunchbox.

How do I edit my weekly meals?

 
Once you sign up, you’ll have the ability to log in to your account anytime to adjust your weekly lunches. Orders are processed on Wednesday at 10pm for Sunday delivery.

We also send a weekly reminder through text and email on Monday about the week’s upcoming menu to give our clients ample time to make edits.

3. Click on my subscriptions
4. Click edit meal selection
5. Choose meals
6. Click Update on the right side of the page

How do I pack a hot lunch for school?

 
Here are our suggestions on the best containers to keep meals warm. We also sell a bento box on our add-on page that does an excellent job maintaining warm meals. Order now, and it will be included in your delivery bag.  
How do I adjust my lunch plan quantity?
 
1. Sign into your account.
2. Click on the account icon in the upper right
3. Click on my subscriptions
4. Below Subscription details, click Upgrade/Downgrade Subscription
5. Choose a new meal plan.

Storage and Serving Tips

• Please refrigerate all meals, except dry goods, immediately after opening the box.

*All meals are chilled below 41° F before packaged, guaranteeing safety.

• We recommend eating meals within four days of delivery. If unable to eat, throw it in the freezer. Our containers are freezer friendly.

Recommended Heating Instructions for Hot Meals

Microwave: Remove lid and microwave for 1-1:30 minutes

Option 1: Enjoy immediately (caution, hot)

Option 2: Place food in in your preferred container for lunching on the go (ideally, within 4 hours of heating or removing from the refrigerator)

Oven (if you have the time, it’s going to taste better). Remove meal from container and place on oven safe tray.

Preheat oven to 350° F

Place meal in oven for 10-15 minutes.
